The signals API stopped receiving updates for around an hour.

As to what happened: We have a number of SSL certifications on the backend.

The team did our normal rotation, however, due to some ambiguity in the confirmation, we missed one.

This was corrected and fixed the immediate issue, we'll also be reviewing and removing any ambiguity from our config to fix this going forward.
